The Personal Lines Operations department is currently seeking a PL Billing Analyst to assist our clients in using our billing systems as well as to develop test matrices and test cases that are applied during user acceptance testing for the PLD Diamond system in our Fairfield, Ohio office.
The pay range for this position is $35,000 - $50,000 annually. The pay determination is based on the applicant’s education, experience, location, knowledge, skills, and abilities. Eligible associates may also receive an annual cash bonus and stock incentives based on company and individual performance.
Be ready to:
- offer analysis of system requirements and specification documentation
- assist in the creation of test matrices and test cases
- take an active role in user acceptance testing
- execute scripted as well as ad hoc test requests that require considerable self- direction, creativity and system knowledge
- assist internal and external system users via phone, email and instant messaging
- research system problems and issues
- effectively communicates system workflows or processes to users
- advocate for the agents’ workflow and business interests
- identify and research trends and issues among users
