About The Team & Business Line
As a core member of our Loan Services team, you will be working with some of the industry’s most accomplished professionals to deliver award-winning services for the worlds largest alterative credit lenders. Citco’s total loan portfolio exceeds 100B, across a varitety of asset and loan types incuding publicly traded bank debt, priviate syndications, middle market transactions, and commecial real estate. We provide shadow and direct loan agency.
This is an analytical and multi-faceted role that requires the team member to be able to analyze and maintain a range of complex bank loan security types and lifecycle events in support of loan servicing systems.

Your Role
As an Analyst in Third Party Servicing will have the following duties and responsibilities, including but not limited to:
- Responsible for creating SQL reporting for the Dashboard, Data Services, and Power BI
- Reviewing loan agreements for complex loan structures
- Oversight of New Loan Boarding and Transaction Processing for portfolio into the system
- Support New Loan Boarding with regards to any questions they may regarding system setup
- Regularly serve in a problem-solving capacity providing client service for loan products
- Vendor oversight to ensure capability with the servicing system
- Additional loan servicing and reporting as needed
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate and/or Accounting. Information technology
- Ability to troubleshoot complex loan structures in serving system
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
- Knowledge of SQL, Reporting Tools
- Heavy communication amongst various teams
- The ability to "think outside the box" and present ideas in a clear and concise manner
- You are experienced in maintaining a control environment and adhering to standard operation procedures
- You are flexible and comfortable adapting to fluid operational requirements and deliverables
