About the Team & Business Line :
Fund Administration is Citco's core business, and our alternative asset and accounting service is one of the industry's most respected. Our continuous investment in learning and technology solutions means our people are equipped to deliver a seamless client experience.
The Investor Services - Transaction Management group is dedicated to the review and negotiation of documents related to loan agency and project & export finance transactions.
Please note this position will be based out of Ho-Ho-Kus, New Jersey .
Your Role :
- Handle and resolve client queries, develop strategies for improving customer service, maintain business relationships with existing and new clients.
- Provide outstanding customer service to internal and external clients.
- Create and maintain a client communication platform
- Promote cross-departmental communication
- Review and negotiate amendments and waivers
- Knowledge of primary and secondary loan trading
About You :
A Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics and
Salary Range : USD 95,000 - 165,000
