Ensure loan documentation is accurate and complete, while recording and reporting loan exceptions, as necessary. Provide feedback and guidance internally on the perfection of consumer loan documents.

Essential Duties
Review loan documents to ensure accuracy and compliance prior to and after loan closing. Review imaged documents to ensure proper documentation is included and correct. Cite exceptions as needed. Ensure submitted documentation corrects the cited exceptions and adequately supports removing the exception from the reports. Pull new and renewed loan reports daily. Receive and verify loan packages submitted by lenders have the appropriate approvals. Assist loan assistants/loan officers concerning loan document questions and exceptions. Serve as a back-up to other consumer processing personnel as needed. Other duties as required by supervisory personnel.
The Right Person
1 - 3 years' successful experience in residential loan review, processing or similar position.
Prior Experience with loan documentation systems preferred.
Exceptional Verbal and Written Communication Skills.
Exceptional Knowledge/Use of Microsoft Office products.
Ability to work within time constraints.
High School Diploma or Higher.
