Lead our bar team at The Citizens Trust located in the heart of downtown Columbus.
We are seeking a visionary Bar Manager to elevate our craft beverage program and lead our passionate team. As Bar Manager, you'll shape the future of one of the city's most sophisticated drinking establishments while fostering a culture of creativity and excellence.
Position Overview:

What You'll Create:
· Develop and curate innovative seasonal cocktail menus that push creative boundaries, with full autonomy to experiment and explore new concepts
· Build and mentor a team of skilled bartenders through continuous training and development, fostering an environment where staff can contribute to menu creation and venue identity
· Optimize bar operations through strategic inventory management and cost control
· Maintain the highest standards of craft cocktail execution and guest experience
· Lead the annual Miracle holiday pop-up program, working closely with purveyors and industry partners to create an exceptional experience

· 3 years of hands-on bartending experience in high-volume, craft cocktail environments

Schedule:
· Service:
o Wednesday-Thursday 4:00-11:00 PM
o Friday-Saturday 4:00 PM-12:00 AM
o Additional prep hours as needed
· Some flexibility required for special events or training sessions
· Average weekly commitment is 40 hours, with potential for up to 50 hours during special event weeks or menu launches.
