SEEKING BARTENDERS
We are searching for enthusiastic bartenders for our upscale cocktail lounge in the heart of downtown columbus!
As our bar manager, you will take charge of managing the day-to-day operations behind the bar, including inventory and cost control, staff supervision and training, and maintaining excellent customer service.
Hours of Operation: Wednesday-Saturday (4 PM - 12 AM)
Pay: $10.00/hour tips (average tips/hour: $28-31)

Responsibilities:
1. Crafting and serving classic and signature cocktails with precision and consistency
2. Providing excellent customer service and engaging with patrons in a friendly, professional manner
3. Maintaining a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area
4. Adhering to all food safety and sanitation guidelines
5. Accurately managing cash and processing credit card transactions
6. Assisting in the development of new cocktail recipes and bar menu updates
7. Educating customers on drink offerings and making personalized recommendations
8. Collaborating with other bar staff and management to ensure smooth operations
9. Maintaining knowledge of current cocktail trends, spirits, and mixology techniques
Requirements:
1. Minimum of 2 years experience as a cocktail bartender in a high-volume establishment
2. In-depth knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, liqueurs, and mixology techniques
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers and team members
4. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
5. Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality and consistency
6. Skilled in accurately and efficiently preparing drinks to order
7. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
8. Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and cash handling procedures
