FOH Supervisor / Lead Staff
Location: The Citrus Theater – Edinburg, TX
Job Type: Part-Time / Event-Based/ Full-Time Potential
Job Overview:
The FOH Supervisor ensures all FOH staff operate efficiently, addressing any guest concerns and troubleshooting any issues that arise during events.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee ushers, ticketing, and guest services staff during events
- Handle escalated customer service issues
- Communicate with security, stage crew, and management to keep events running smoothly
- Ensure FOH areas remain clean, organized, and welcoming
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in event management, hospitality, or customer service leadership
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage a team in a fast-paced environment
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 30 per week
