Job Responsibilities
- Oversee departmental operations and manage personnel
- Implement contemporary policing principles and professional best practices
- Build and maintain strong relationships with community stakeholders
- Ensure transparency and accountability in all department operations
- Mentor and develop department staff
- Collaborate with city leadership and other departments
Requirements
- Associate degree in law enforcement or closely related field
- Minimum 8 years of law enforcement experience
- Minimum 2 years of supervisory or management experience in law enforcement
- Valid driver's license
- POST certified
