Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer support through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
- Conduct outbound calling to follow up on customer inquiries and ensure resolution of issues.
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette while interacting with customers to create a positive experience.
- Assist customers with product information, order status, and troubleshooting issues.
- Process transactions accurately, including cash handling and payment processing.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our computerized system.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and resolve complex customer issues.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide informed assistance.
Experience
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate information clearly and effectively.
- Proficiency in using office software and computerized systems for data entry and record keeping.
- Ability to type efficiently while engaging in conversations with customers.
- Experience in sales or handling cash transactions is a plus.
