The City of Independence Ohio is seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as the Adult Program Coordinator. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating programs, activities, events, and services for adult and senior residents. Main Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with vendors to offer programs and activities for Independence residents
- Collaborate with the Kitchen Manager to plan and execute meal services
- Host events and activities, including bingo games and movie nights
- Manage social media content to promote programs and events
- Coordinate travel arrangements for bus trips and other outings
- Process payments and maintain accurate records
- Provide exceptional customer service to residents, guests, and colleagues
