What You'll Do :

Ensure safety : Monitor pool activities, prevent accidents, and respond promptly to emergencies.
Provide excellent customer service : Engage with patrons, foster a welcoming environment, and enforce facility rules.
Maintain cleanliness : Keep the pool area clean and tidy.
Participate in training : Conduct safety drills and attend regular training sessions to stay up to date on lifesaving techniques.

Benefits :

Competitive pay : Starting at $13.00 per hour with earnings up to $18.00 per hour with experience. Employees may also be eligible for annual pay increases.

Part- time scheduling up to 30 hours per week.

Requirements :

Strong swimming skills : Must be able to pass a swim test and obtain Lifeguard Certification.

Physical fitness : Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs.

Positive attitude : Self-motivated and enthusiastic!
