What You'll Do :
- Ensure safety : Monitor pool activities, prevent accidents, and respond promptly to emergencies.
- Provide excellent customer service : Engage with patrons, foster a welcoming environment, and enforce facility rules.
- Maintain cleanliness : Keep the pool area clean and tidy.
- Participate in training : Conduct safety drills and attend regular training sessions to stay up to date on lifesaving techniques.
Benefits :
- Competitive pay : Starting at $13.00 per hour with earnings up to $18.00 per hour with experience. Employees may also be eligible for annual pay increases.

Requirements :
- Strong swimming skills : Must be able to pass a swim test and obtain Lifeguard Certification.
