The City of Lampasas is accepting applications for the position of Public Works Director. The Director oversees and directs operations of the Streets, Electric and Water/Wastewater Departments; assists City Management and City Council; supervises personnel; prepares and administers annual department budgets; and ensures compliance with State and Federal Utility Laws and Regulations. Requirements include a High School Diploma or its equivalent, plus 10 years of utility infrastructure and construction experience. A Bachelors' degree in Business or Engineering is desirable or any equivalent combination of experience, certification and education which provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities.
Salary range is $71,101.97 - $99,542.76, DOQ, plus excellent benefits.
