Seasonal Pool Positions - Cashiers and/or Head Cashier(s)

The City of Lampasas is accepting applications for the following seasonal positions:

Cashiers and/or Head Cashier(s): Duties include: handle money, perform simple mathematical calculations, general paperwork, inventory control, answer telephone, general maintenance and cleaning and other duties as assigned. Additional duties include maintaining safety rules by overseeing patrons. Applicants must be at least 16 years of age on or before May 31, 2025, have the ability to operate a cash register, have the ability to give correct change, knowledge and proper usage of the telephone, ability to work with others and the public. Prefer previous experience in operating a cash register, working with the public, and current Red Cross CPR and Standard First Aid certification.

Salary range is $11-$13 per hour, DOQ.
