Art Party Instructor
Coordinate and lead art parties at the Plymouth Community Center. Work with renter on a party theme. Responsible for project set-up and clean-up.

Coordinate and lead art parties at the Plymouth Community Center. Work with renter on a party theme. Responsible for project set-up and clean-up.
- Project mediums include acrylic/watercolor canvas, and mask making.
- Parties designed for ages 5-12.
- Parties take place Friday evenings; Saturday and Sunday afternoons.
- Plan, organize and direct art parties for youth in a recreation setting.
- Provide support as needed for all participants and staff to create an inclusive environment.
- Work as part of a team to ensure quality programs for all ages.
- Follow staff policies and procedures.
- Ensure all staff and participants follow the established policies and procedures.
- Provide a safe, fun, and appropriate experience of all participants.
- Demonstrated ability to perform in accordance with the City of Plymouth’s CIVIC values (customer focus, integrity, visionary, inclusion and connection) and comfort with supporting and advancing the city council’s strategic priorities.
- Must have previous art teaching experience.
- Art degree or art education background preferred.
- Must have 3-5 years of experience working with youth.
- Must be able to lead group without supervision.
- Minimum age 18 years.
Salary : $24 - $25
