What are the responsibilities and job description for the Baseball/T-Ball Coordinator (Youth) position at The City of Plymouth?
Plymouth Parks and Recreation offers a wide variety of programs and classes. We are currently hiring temporary Youth Baseball/T-Ball Coordinators. This position is responsible for coaching participants and overall coordination for the Youth Baseball/T-Ball Clinics.
- This part-time position is scheduled for Saturday mornings,
- This program will run March 8 - April 12, 2025.
- Direct coaching staff
- Teach the fundamentals skills of Baseball and T-Ball to youth ages 4 to 7.
- Promote a relaxed, fun and safe atmosphere for participants.
- Communicate with parents/guardians.
- Maintain an atmosphere of good sportsmanship for players, coaches, and spectators.
- Must be 19 years of age or older
- Must have knowledge/background in baseball and/or softball
- Previous coaching experience desired.
- Must have ability to work with kids
- Must be able to organize and coordinate the program
- Must have ability to communicate with coaching staff, parents, and participants.
Salary : $19 - $22
