Plymouth Community Center Building Supervisor (Friday - Sunday)

The Plymouth Community Center Building Supervisor is responsible for maintaining exceptional customer service to all facility users, provide work direction to other part time staff, and the oversight of all scheduled events, rentals, programs, and services at the Plymouth Community Center. This includes the playground, gym, fieldhouse, room rentals, and Park and Recreation programs.  

Shifts will be based on building needs and are typically 5 - 6 hours long. 

• Friday evenings, up to 10:30pm
• Saturdays and Sundays, between 7:30 am - 10:30 pm

• Oversee the Plymouth Community Center in the absence of a full-time staff. 
• Manage part-time building staff, ensuring they are completing tasks and following established policies and procedures
• Serve as the primary on-site contact person for customers, birthday parties, programs, and rentals. This includes handling any conflicts in a professional and courteous fashion
• Open and close the building as scheduled.
• Assist with answering the phones in courteous manner.
• Responsible for end of day deposits and financial reports
• Oversee the daily event schedule to ensure proper room setups and customer needs are met in a timely fashion.
• Monitors the building and grounds to maintain a clean and safe environment for all users.
• Assist full-time supervisory staff in specific tasks including but not limited to rentals, events, programs, projects, or customer service.
• Assist as needed with room setups, AV equipment, cleaning, special events, recreation programs, or other areas necessary for PCC operations.
• Supervise all events and rentals in the building. 

• Must be 18 years of age
• High School diploma or equivalent
• One year customer service experience.
• Six months supervisory experience
• Ability to work independently.
• Availability to work nights and weekends.
• Must be able to lift/move up to 20 pounds.

Salary : $17 - $20
