What are the responsibilities and job description for the FSRI - CLINICIAN, COMMUNITY HEALTH TEAM position at The City of Providence?

Position Summary : Provides trauma-focused diagnostic assessments and intensive clinical supports build on the foundations of Trauma System Therapy (TST). Participates on a trauma responsive multi-disciplinary team that provides families with clinical stabilization, care coordination, assists with accessing needed resources / services, and supports families in navigating systems. Participates in the Agency's on-call emergency service provision as scheduled. Flexible schedule.
Qualifications :
- Master's degree in human services (psychology, social work, marriage / family, etc.) required.
- Required to be licensed or eligible to be licensed in Rhode Island as a Social Worker, Marriage and Family Therapist or Mental Health Counselor.
- Experience working with children exposed to trauma preferred.
- Skilled in operating various medical record software and hardware, word-processing, and database software programs.
- Spanish Speaking preferred and is compensated.
- Flexible schedule.
- Excellent multitasking and communication skills a must.
- Ability to work independently and part of a team.
- Bilingual skills are compensated by an additional 6%, above base pay.
