This is a full-time on-site role for an Electrical Engineer located in Rocky Mount, NC. The Electrical Engineer will be responsible for designing electrical systems, managing power distribution projects, ensuring the reliability of power systems, and working on various electrical engineering tasks. Day-to-day tasks include developing electrical designs, maintaining power systems, and ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations. The role involves actively collaborating with team members and other departments to ensure optimal performance of the city's electrical services.

• Electrical Design and Electrical Engineering skills
• Knowledge and experience with Electricity and Power Systems
• Experience in Power Distribution and related projects
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work on-site in Rocky Mount, NC
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
• Professional Engineer (PE) license is a plus
