Position serves as the administrative assistant to the Fleet Services Manager. Responsibilities include certain general and specific clerical duties including, but not limited to, answering phone, issuing work orders, scheduling, processing requisitions, working with vendors, departments, and coding of invoices.
Communicate with the public.
Prepare and distribute work orders for shop.
Assist in obtaining quotes for purchases and/or services.
Schedule Maintenance for Fleet Vehicles.
Verify invoices, process for payment.
Maintain office files, account records and a variety of other records.
Produce monthly reports and other specific requests.
Parts ordering, parts inventory adjustments and maintenance.
