Join the Lifeguard Crew! The City of Watertown is staffing for seasonal lifeguard positions. Interested individuals will be responsible for ensuring the safety of the patrons who are in attendance at the aquatic facilities evident by recognizing, preventing and responding to emergency situations and/or hazardous conditions. We are currently looking for certified individuals for our indoor pool for the spring and or fall and our outdoor pool for the summer.

Training costs are $200 which is reimbursed once an employee has completed two seasons as a Lifeguard with the City of Watertown.
This is a seasonal hourly position. Hours will range from 20 hours but not to exceed 40 hours in a work week. Minimum age requirement for Lifeguard Certification is 15 years old. Must be available for nights and weekends. Applications will be accepted until positions are filled.
Starting compensation is $12.50.
