Baseball Program Supervisor
The Baseball Program Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and facilitating the instructional youth baseball programs offered by the Watertown Parks and Recreation Department. This includes managing the Little Sluggers program and leading a new preparatory baseball program. The role ensures a positive and engaging experience for participants, fosters skill development, and supports program growth.
Minimum Qualifications: Must be 18 years of age, strong knowledge of baseball fundamentals, rules and skill development techniques, proven experience coaching, excellent organizational and communication skills, ability to create a positive and inclusive environment for various skill levels and current CPR and First Aid or willingness to obtain prior to start of programs.
Working hours are 5pm-8pm May 13, 15, 20, 22 and 3:30-5pm Tuesdays and Wednesdays June 10-July 2
Compensation: $20.00 per hour
