LPN Duties:
- Reports to the Wellness Director
- Responsible for providing clinical leadership and nursing care to meet the needs of the residents
- Provides direct oversight to direct care staff and ensures completion of talks
- Provides direct care and assists PSAs and CNAs as required
- Charts on residents, manages and administers medication
- Performs other duties consistent with position as assigned
LPN Qualifications:
- Must have current license as an LPN in the state of employment
- Two years of experience in Assisted Living or Dementia Care (preferred)
- CPR and First Aid certification
- Experience working with an electronic health record system
