As a Client Relations Specialist, you are part of a team and must work closely with your clients and the other members of your team. This is an in-office position responsible for handling the needs of existing clients' cases, responding to inquiries from potential clients, and acquiring new clients seeking representation.
Client Relations Specialist Essential Responsibilities:
- Contact potential clients daily to obtain pertinent information.
- Responsible for follow-up appointments with clients and correspondence with clients via phone calls, emails, and texts.
- Learn and fully utilize the programs and databases used in the Client Relations Specialist position.
