Plant Operations Technician (PRN)
Salary: $24.00 - $26.00 per hour
Hours: 1st Shift 7am - 3:30pm, 3rd Shift 10pm - 6:30am

The Clare is recruiting for PRN staff to join the building maintenance team!
Here are a few of the daily responsibilities of a Plant Operations Technician:
- Service HVAC units/systems
- Perform routine and preventative maintenance and repair on the facility and equipment to include plumbing, plastering, electrical, carpentry, mechanical, painting, etc., as directed, in accordance with established procedures.
- Receive and follow maintenance schedule/instructions from your supervisor as outlined in our established maintenance policies and procedures.
Here are a few of the qualifications we need you to have:
- Technical training in plumbing, carpentry, electrical, HVAC, etc.
- Ability to read, write and speak the English language
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree
