About The Clariden School:
The Clariden School is a not-for-profit, private, fully-accredited, college-preparatory school serving approximately 150 students PreK – Grade 12 in North Texas (Dallas-Fort Worth area). Clariden works to ignite student curiosity and problem-solving skills by first providing a program that addresses the whole student. With a focus on STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Math), character-based kindness, and hands-on field study, our goal is to equip students for the jobs of tomorrow and to be contributing citizens in their local & global communities. Clariden is an International Baccalaureate World School for the Diploma Programme, having begun offering coursework in Fall 2024.

Clariden is currently enjoying growth in its student body size and curricular/co-curricular programming. A new state-of-the-art Upper School STEAM building open in Fall 2022 and Clariden just completed a safety and security project on campus.
Middle School / Upper School Math and Science:
The Clariden School currently seeks an experienced educator to serve as a middle school math and science teacher, with the ability to teach 1-2 sections in the Upper School (Chemistry is likely the science class in US) in the future. All teachers are asked to teach unique elective courses as part of their teaching load outside of the core classes. Teachers also serve as advisors to a small group of students and there is potential to advise a club and/or after-school activity.
The ideal candidate for this unique position will have:
- A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in the subject area for which they teach and/or in education, Master’s degree or higher preferred
- A minimum of 5 years of teaching experience (teaching experience in IB a plus)
- A strong desire for professional development and a demonstrated growth mindset
- Strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skills; High level of professionalism
- A sense of humor
- A collaborative approach to working with colleagues and school leadership
- An understanding of small-by-design schools
