Job Description:

Servers must possess the ability to work effectively under pressure and maintain service standards with his/her tables. They must have excellent listening skills and an eagerness to provide service, as well as work effectively with coworkers and other departments to support and maintain a level of excellence with a sense of urgency. Also the ability to be on your feet for many hours, and the knowledge and experience to properly balance & carry trays. A neat, clean and professional appearance is required, and possess a mature attitude and a high level of social etiquette.

• Duties can include setting tables, food service, buffet setup, collect dirty dishes, glassware, silverware, napkins, assist with maintaining a clean areas.
• Work with the entire team in the front of the house and the kitchen to ensure the guest has the best possible experience.
• Compliance with all Claridge and TJM Properties' policies and procedures
• Other tasks assigned by a Supervisor or Manager
