Required Skills and Qualifications
10 years of experience in building systems, technology, integration, or construction.
General knowledge of smart building concepts including key stakeholders, technology systems, solution providers and market-leading vendors.
Demonstrated ability to maintain critical client relationships.
Project management skills including effectively managing scope, schedule, and fee.
Ability to communicate technical integration concepts between systems (Physical/Cloud) and the associated method (i.e., via Bacnet/IP, Rest, APIs, SDKs, Webhooks, MQTT, etc.).
Experience with Internet of Things (IoT) Platforms and/or Digital Twins.
Experience with Smartsheet, Access, PowerBI and / or an ability to learn each, is required.
