Job Description

Tuba City Regional Healthcare provides comprehensive services to the western part of the Navajo and Hopi Reservations. The hospital is located in Northwestern Arizona and offers a diverse community environment. It serves a 4,400 square mile area and includes a 73-bed facility. The hospital provides emergency services, dental, ophthalmology, orthopedics, OB/GYN, oral surgery, eye surgery, and urological procedures.

Requirements:

• Immunizations: Must have current immunizations.
• RN License: No Arizona state license is required. An RN license from any state is acceptable.
• Housing: Limited housing options available. Shared housing units are offered at $600 per month (based on availability). No family or pets are allowed in housing.

Certifications (must maintain throughout employment):

• Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association.
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) from the American Heart Association.
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) from the American Heart Association.
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) required within one (1) year of hire from the American Heart Association.
• Trauma Nurse Core Course (TNCC) required within one (1) year of hire.
• Emergency Nurse Pediatric Course (ENPC) required within one (1) year of hire.
• National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) required within 6 months of hire.
• Emergency Severity Index Level 5 required within 3 months of hire.
• Patient Sitter Competency Training (upon hire).

Pay: $65.00 - $68.00 per hour

Expected hours: 36 per week
