Responsibilities:

• Perform high-quality residential cleanings and Airbnb turnovers with consistency, efficiency, and attention to detail
• Lead by example on job sites, setting the standard for excellence in cleanliness and professionalism
• Train and support new team members on proper techniques, tools, and protocols to uphold company standards
• Ensure each space is cleaned to client expectations and company quality guidelines
• Communicate clearly and respectfully with team members to ensure smooth and effective workflows
• Maintain inventory of supplies and notify management when restocking is needed
• Follow specific cleaning checklists and tailor services as needed to meet the unique needs of each home or property
• Handle and care for clients’ spaces and belongings with the utmost respect and integrity
• Uphold a calm, professional presence in homes and properties, even in high-pressure or time-sensitive situations
• Provide feedback and suggestions to improve operations, team cohesion, and client satisfaction

Ideal Candidate:

• 2 years of professional cleaning experience (residential and/or short-term rentals)
• Previous experience in a leadership or training role
• High attention to detail and a commitment to excellence
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated
• Comfortable working independently and with a small team
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Available to work a flexible part-time schedule, including some weekends
