What are the responsibilities and job description for the Evening Cleaner position at The Clean Team?
Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Custodian to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order within a school that we service. Our team members are required to work three and a half hours each with the shifts starting between the hours of 4-5:30pm.
Duties
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and other common areas
- Perform floor care duties including sweeping, mopping and vacuuming
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
- Cleaning interior glass for marks and smudges
- Dusting horizontal and vertical surfaces within normal reach.
- Handle commercial and residential painting projects when required
Qualifications
- Proven experience in custodial or related roles
- Knowledge of commercial cleaning practices
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Familiarity with facilities maintenance procedures
- Ability to work well with others and handle constructive criticism
