The Clean Water Center is your one stop water resource. We provide extensive testing, inspection, consultation and treatment to solve water quality issues of any kind. The Clean Water Center is a subsidiary of AO Smith Corporation, an industry leader and international manufacturer of water heating and treatment equipment headquartered in Milwaukee, WI.
The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for outbound and inbound phone calls to schedule service and sales opportunities, data entry, helping walk in retail customers, sales order entry, placing reminder calls to existing customers, taking job orders over the phone, and other tasks as assigned.
The person selected for this position must be very outgoing and personable, have great organizational skills, and be a strong multi-tasker. This position is in a rapidly changing environment that requires the Customer Service Representative to adapt on the fly while adhering to company policy and procedure. They must be able to work as a team and as an individual, and have to be an outstanding communicator. The person selected must also be able to lift 50lbs at a time to assist showroom customers with loading items in their vehicle as needed.

Pay: $17.00 - $19.50 per hour
