Job Summary
The Cleanadora Cleaning Co. (www.thecleanadoracleaning.com) is seeking hardworking, detail-oriented and reliable house cleaners. You will be setting up your own schedule on our platform, specifying the hours you wish to work, and the Miami locations you want to work in. We do cleans ranging from Kendall, Doral, Midtown, and Miami Beach.
We provide you with a friendly support team who will set up your appointments for you and get you booked according to the schedule you have set up for yourself. We deal with any customer service issues to save you time and let you focus on your work. We also take care of handling/collecting all payments for completed jobs. The Cleanadora Cleaning Co. was locally built, is run and services locally. Compared to other competitors, we offer well above minimum wage as we want our cleaners to be properly and fairly compensated for the effort you put into your cleans. Employer will inform the applicant of details on the first interview.
*Cleaning Supplies required* i.e. Vacuum, Mop, Liquids etc
Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Execute floor care tasks such as sweeping, scrubbing, and polishing to maintain a pristine environment.
- Conduct carpet cleaning using appropriate techniques and equipment to ensure carpets are clean and well-maintained.
- Manage housekeeping tasks efficiently, ensuring all cleaning supplies are stocked and organized.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs and preferences during each cleaning visit.
- Maintain cleanliness in both residential homes and commercial spaces, adapting to the specific requirements of each environment.
- Follow safety protocols and use cleaning chemicals responsibly to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and clients.
Experience
- Previous experience in house cleaning is mandatory.
- Familiarity with custodial practices, including commercial cleaning standards and residential cleaning techniques.
- Knowledge of proper sanitation methods and the use of cleaning equipment is advantageous.
- Strong attention to detail with a passion for cleanliness and organization.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
