Commercial Cleaning Tech. - Overnight Shift

Responsibilities:
- General cleaning of large commercial properties and industrial buildings.
- Removal of trash and debris from properties.
- Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors.
- Clean and sanitize all assigned areas
- Stock restrooms and breakrooms.
- Clean up spills with appropriate equipment.
- Follow specific task lists within designated time frames.
- Work safely in a high paced environment
- Notify supervisors or managers of repairs or damages.
- Notify supervisors or managers of suspicious activity in/around properties.
- Complete tasks in a timely manner with minimal supervision.
- Keep cleaning supplies in stock.
Requirements:
- Must possess a smart phone with internet and all current company applications.
- Must maintain a current and valid DL, with up to date auto insurance.
- Must provide reliable transportation to and from work site.
- Follow safety guidelines specific to each location
- Ability to manage your time efficiently.
- Work well when supervisors are not present.
- Ability to lift at least 25 pounds.
- Handle basic math, cleaning, and other janitorial work.
- Great communication skills.
- Able to work safely with a variety of cleaning supplies.
- Stand/Walk/Bend/Crouch for entirety of shift - up to 12 hours
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $14.50 - $15.50 per hour
Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
