Requirements:
1. Education & Certifications:
- High School Diploma or GED (Required) minimum. Four year college degree preferred.
2. Experience:
- 3-5 years of leadership experience, preferably in customer service or a related industry.
- Strong background in team management, customer service, and operational oversight.
- Knowledge of sales and networking is encouraged.
3. Skills & Knowledge:
- Strong team management, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Computer literacy for scheduling and reporting.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and resolving issues promptly.
- Ensure communication with clients to maintain satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or expand services with new or existing clients.
