Key Responsibilities:
- Exterior Cleaning: Perform pressure washing, soft washing, roof cleaning, and gutter cleaning using the best techniques and equipment.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate and maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicles.
- Safety & Compliance: Follow all safety guidelines, including ladder safety, protective equipment usage, and proper handling of cleaning solutions.
- Customer Interaction: Provide professional, friendly service, answer customer questions, and address concerns on-site.
- Quality Control: Inspect all work to ensure it meets The Clear Factor’s high standards.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with teammates and office staff to complete jobs efficiently and exceed customer expectations.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Physical Fitness: Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Attention to Detail: Ensure every job is completed to the highest standard.
- Valid Driver’s License: A clean driving record is required.
- Strong Communication Skills: Be comfortable interacting with customers and team members in a professional and friendly manner.
- Availability: Full-time role (Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:00 PM), with occasional weekend work when needed.
