Certification Details BLS - Basic Life Support ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support NIH Stroke Certification State License 1 Verification NURSYS Verification (RN, LPN / LVN, AP) Job Details Cleveland Clinic Main Campus Hospital – Med / Surg Tele RN. Facility is willing to approve up to a 24 week contract. Please confirm your travelers desired contract length at time of submission D / N rotating shift : 3x12's 7pm-7 : 30am / 7am-7 : 30pm (shift typically consists of 2 weeks of days followed by 2 weeks of nights etc. and can be further discussed with the NM as needed.) MUST HAVE minimum of 18 mos recent Med / Surg Telemetry experience. MUST HAVE 18 months PERM experience in specialty applying for PRIOR to travel assignments. MUST HAVE PERM OHIO LICENSE OR COMPACT STATE IN HAND. Traveler must work at least every other holiday. Job Requirements MUST HAVE minimum of 18 mos recent Med / Surg Telemetry experience.
