Certification Details BLS - Basic Life Support ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support State License 1 Verification Tech Cert Verification - National Job Details CRT OR RRT ACCEPTED Must have 2 years of experience as an RRT. Must have ED experience. Job Requirements NBRC and BLS required IN HAND AT TIME OF SUBMISSION MUST have Ohio RRT license in hand Unit specific competency exam required within 12 months of start. Must be updated annually. Schedule Information ALL RTO and scheduling requests need to be communicated during submission AND interview Unit Specific Information Unit specific skills checklist required. Must be updated annually. Additional Details Must carry a valid government issued photo ID while on assignment. Criminal background check required prior to start of assignment. Must be updated for breaks in service of 2 or more months.
