- Supervise Resident Care Assistants and mentor Lead Assistants.
- Coordinate care with community providers.
- Prevent elder abuse and respond to emergencies.
- Current LPN license and CPR certification.
- Graduate of an approved LPN program.
- 1-2 years of nursing experience preferred.
- Experience with the elderly is desirable.
