Job Duties
- Collect ongoing data about residents' conditions and communicate findings.
- Contribute to culturally relevant care plans involving residents and families.
- Recommend updates to care plans and coordinate referrals.
- Participate in mentoring staff while considering safety and cost.
- Understand risks of exposure to bloodborne pathogens.
- 2 years of recent Med Surg or Tele experience.
- Experience with EMR systems like Epic.
- BLS certification from AHA.
- Current LPN Certificate.
- Travel required.
- Evening Shift, 3x12, 36 hours/week, no call.
- Referral Bonus.
