Occupational Therapist / OT /OTR

Full-time floating Occupational Therapist (OT/OTR) position available in Farmington area with a $5,000 sign-on bonus. The role involves providing therapy services to three sub-acute/skilled nursing facilities, with paid travel time and mileage.
