Pharmacist (Pharmacist -in-Charge)

• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with state and federal pharmacy regulations.
• Supervise pharmacy staff, including training and performance evaluations.
• Oversee medication orders, packaging, and billing issues.
• Collaborate with teammates for inspections and accreditations.
• Develop departmental policies and budget estimates.
  
  

Required qualifications include a Registered Pharmacist license in Iowa, 3-5 years of experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency in computer operations.
