Seeking a licensed Physical Therapist in Enid, OK, to join the Jim Thorpe Rehab team.

- Evaluate patients, develop and modify therapy goals, and coordinate with healthcare team members.
- Supervise Therapy Assistants and deliver tailored interventions for various populations, including home health and aquatic settings.
- Ensure safe, culturally sensitive care with timely documentation.
- Responsibilities include interpreting referrals, performing comprehensive assessments, and adapting treatments to developmental and cultural needs.
- Requires Oklahoma PT license, BLS certification, and effective communication.
- Experience preferred; Aquatics and Hand Therapy roles have specific additional requirements.
- May involve handling medical equipment, chemicals, and driving responsibilities.
