General Description: Provide clinical and administrative supervision to the AMCI/YMCI Team, overseeing mobile crisis services for youth and adults in Berkshire County. Responsible for triage and supervisory decisions during shifts.
Qualifications: PhD, MSW, or equivalent graduate degree; LCSW, LICSW, LMHC required within 6 months; 2-3 years post-license clinical experience preferred.
Skills: Excellent communication, leadership, crisis intervention expertise, knowledge of DSM 5 and community resources.
