Essential Functions
- Conduct ongoing patient assessments focusing on physiological, psychosocial, and cognitive status.
- Develop and prioritize goal-directed care plans.
- Implement care consistently and evaluate its effectiveness.
- Identify and address learning needs of patients and their families.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing school and current Ohio RN licensure.
- BLS certification and willingness to obtain additional certifications.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work under stress.
- Leadership skills and a positive attitude towards patients and colleagues.
- Basic computer skills required.
