- Direct nursing assistants and plan shift services.
- Admit, transfer, and discharge residents as needed.
- Maintain accurate records and charting.
- Administer medications and perform professional nursing services.
- Ensure safety regulations are followed and maintain confidentiality.
- Provide IV care and other assigned duties.
- Current RN or LPN licensure.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English.
- Knowledge of nursing practices and regulations.
- Current CPR certification; long-term care experience preferred.
- Ability to move throughout the workday and lift 25 pounds.
- Must cope with mental and emotional stress.
