This position offers a comprehensive package including:

Qualifications:
- 2 years of kitchen experience in a culinary driven or fine dining restaurant
- The ability to work a flexible schedule including evening / PM shifts
- Understanding of classic sauces, cooking techniques, and knife cuts
- Ability to multitask while maintaining quality standards of the restaurant
- Dedicated, ambitious, and excited to work with a team who is constantly striving to do their best
