We're looking for an experienced leader to join our Glad R&D team as Associate Director of Research Development. In this role, you'll be responsible for building and overseeing 3P capabilities within R&D to support our core business.

- As Associate Director, you'll lead a team of 2 R&D managers, technical SMEs, and scientists across Process, Package, Product, and Clinical Efficacy.
- You'll develop and manage individual development plans to drive Bench Strength and Succession Planning for the team.
- Building a culture of inclusivity, inspiring and driving engagement in a high-performing R&D team, while holding them accountable to business results and cross-functional collaboration.
