This role is an opportunity to lead innovation efforts in Glad R&D, focusing on building the innovation pipeline with sales and marketing.
The ideal candidate will have experience across Product, Process, Packaging, and innovation processes.
- Develop a global innovation pipeline highlighting the cadence and sufficiency needed to deliver KPIs every year.
- Become an expert in modernized discovery processes and ensure cross-functional members are fluent with tools and agile practices.
- Drive consumer obsession through teams and ensure testing and prototyping occur within projects.
- Manage a team of 2 R&D managers and technical SMEs, as well as scientists in Process, Package, Product.
