Your role at Clorox:
The manager and strong leadership of SAP Delivery and Operations will be responsible for the design, development, testing, and promotion to production of SAP security roles and authorizations for SAP s/4 Rise, ECC, BW, Fiori and SAP GRC. Manager will work FRC audit, SOC compliance and ensure our environment are compliant. Manager will provide operational support for SAP production security incidents and enhancements including role design, authorization errors, and SAP GRC system administration. Manager will supervise a team of regular and contract employees, and partner with a managed services provider to deliver on these responsibilities and Project Delivery

In this role, you will:
- Lead work with both business and technical teams (that includes SAP functional, ABAP and Basis teams) to advise and develop best business practices around SAP security.
- Validation of Log reviews for Firefighter use, SoD reviews, Documentation review for role changes, then approvals
- Lead work with FRC, SOCs to ensure our compliance and make changes to environment as required
- Provide security design and guidance for the deployment of SAP S4 Rise
- Manage and lead in-house, contract, managed service and supplier resources to deliver and support SAP Security
- Work with IAM teams, MSP (managed Service Provider) to create automation of users
- Lead continuous improvement of processes and environments including reducing validation of logs by a minimum of 20%
- 10 years of experience in an SAP Development and/or Operations role
- Recent security experience with major large global enterprise, good understanding of information security, and complex high-end SAP implementations.
- Security experience with SAP S4 Rise, SAP S4 Finance, UX and SAP HANA Cloud, SAP SaaS application security
- Deep subject matter expertise with SAP Industry Best Practices, SAP Systems, Data and information flows.
- Working knowledge of compliance controls, legal and regulatory laws, and requirements in relation to SAP.
- Expert consulting knowledge in GRC Access Control (AC) in BRM, MSMP and BRF configuration.
- Leadership roles
- Experience in SAP HANA Authentication, Authorizations, Analytical privileges, User management, Role design.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and an ability to communicate across all areas and levels of the business.
- BA/BS or higher degree in a related field or the equivalent combination of training and experience
